Ashleigh Shim is an entrepreneur. She is inspired by her faith as a Christian to help people know the good news about Jesus Christ and strengthen their relationship in Him. She gives God all the glory for her achievements. Ashleigh loves working with others and serving them to the best of her ability. She is an active member of Grace Church of Avondale as a leader in the Student Ministry.

Opportunities that God turned into achievements for His glory:

  • Division 1 College Soccer at Florida International University (where Ashleigh became a Christian)
  • Professional soccer player (Bundesliga 2, Swedish Tier 3, Jamaican National Team & 2019 World Cup)
  • Founded one of Miami’s first private training soccer academies
  • Business partnerships with a professional athlete training facility, Miami-Dade Public Schools, and other education and sport entities
  • Teaching and administrative positions in public and private education
  • Entered the real estate business as a licensed agent with prior investment experience
Entrepreneurial background

Our founder started and scaled a private soccer training business as a professional athlete and hired a partner to grow four training locations and 300+ players annually in Miami, FL.
